Adaptive Rowing

For many years, a group of innovative athletes have been adapting Indoor Rowers and racing shells to meet their needs. Faced with such challenges as life-long paralysis, paralysis or amputation resulting from a traumatic injury, vision loss, and hearing loss, these athletes along with dedicated researchers have expanded the sport of rowing, making rowing accessible to a community of people with many varied gifts and abilities.

Our goal in these pages is to support adaptive rowers worldwide by sharing stories, photos, resources and information about adaptive rowing. If you have materials you would like to share, please e-mail info@concept2cts.com, attention Mark McAndrew.
