As of April 1, 2008, the customer service folks at Concept2 who had been handling schools, Health Clubs, and other institutional or commercial customers have reorganized into a separate company. The new company, Concept2 CTS (Commercial & Team Sales), has been operating alongside Concept2 as a distributor of the world's leading indoor rowing machines and carbon fiber oars: Concept2's Model D and Model E Indoor Rowers and Dreissigacker Racing Oars. Concept2 CTS will enable us to better serve commercial, team and institutional customers while allowing Concept2 to focus on supporting the individual customers, manufacturing, and design of innovative products.
What does it mean to you?
As a club, school, fitness center, or group customer, you will now be serviced through Concept2 CTS representatives here in Vermont. This dedicated website offers support and information targeted to institutional organizations. You may also notice a growing presence of Concept2 CTS "on the road" as we increase travel for support, testing, educational and sales purposes.
