So, you're a serious fitness pro looking to offer the best for your clients and students? If you’ve already heard or experienced how rowing offers incredible full body aerobic and muscle toning benefits then you’ll also want to learn how to create rowing workouts specifically to reach goals such as:
Weight loss—When done properly, rowing burns up to 800 calories per hour! Learn how to optimize weight loss through methods used by “light-weight” rowers.
Cross-training—Work all major muscle groups and build endurance at a whole new level. Elite athletes use indoor rowing as a performance enhancement to sports like: cycling, tennis, golf, motor-cross, football and soccer.
Post-rehab—Rowing is gentle on joints as a non-weight bearing exercise; a safe alternative to other cardio/strength workouts when the body is healing.
Youth/senior fitness—Rowing workouts are designed specifically for all age groups to enjoy with special considerations to these populations.
Lifetime fitness—Whether 9 or 90, proper rowing is safe and effective for your entire lifetime. Learn to keep workouts fresh and motivating throughout the years.
Knowing true proper rowing technique and understanding all of the tools available is essential to achieving optimum results. Take one of our workshops and expand your training options to higher level.
