U.S. and Canadian commercial and institutional customers can purchase Concept2 SkiErgs directly from Concept2 CTS. Call 877.887.8014 (Monday–Friday 7:30 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern time) to place your order.
If you are in the US or Canada, shopping as a private individual for personal use, please place your order through concept2.com/ski or by calling 800.245.5676.
General Information & Time in Transit
Concept2 SkiErgs ship via UPS Ground service and typically leave Vermont within five business days of order placement. If you need a more detailed ship date, please specify this when you place your order.
Once a SkiErg ships, the time in transit varies as follows:
- Northeast U.S.—allow one to three days
- Southeast/Midwest U.S.—allow three to five days
- Western U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Canada—allow five to ten days
SkiErgs are shipped without a signature required. If you are not home, UPS will usually leave the package for you at your main entrance. If you would like to request that a signature be required for delivery, please call to place your order.

Concept2 CTS collects sales tax for any institution that has product shipped to CA, FL, IN, MA, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TN, TX, VT or WA.

The fees (GST, PST, and brokerage combined) for a single SkiErg shipped into Canada range from approximately US $130–$220 for a SkiErg (depending on which performance monitor you choose) and US $73 for a Floor Stand, based on the current exchange rate. These fees are payable to the UPS Canada Customs Brokerage Department, not to Concept2 CTS. If you have a UPS Canada shipper account these fees will be included in your weekly UPS bill. If you do not have a UPS Canada shipper account, you will be contacted by UPS Canada Customs Brokerage Department in advance of delivery to arrange for payment of these fees. The fees for clothing and accessories vary based upon the total value of the order and are also payable to the freight carrier. |
