Grants
Concept2 CTS is dedicated to promoting the sport of rowing, both indoors and on the water. Below are a few resources to help build programs in your community.
Rowing for Lifelong Health Grants (Vermont)
Peter and Dick Dreissigacker invented the indoor rower to train during long, cold Vermont winters. The indoor rower makes it possible to experience rowing without water, boats or oars!
Concept2 CTS wants to share the exhilaration of this sport and teach our young Vermonters how rowing can be part of a lifelong commitment to fitness and health. Our Rowing for Lifelong Health Grants help educators incorporate rowing into our local schools and organizations. Grants can be used to purchase rowing equipment, service existing equipment, buy supplies for rowing activities or events, or incorporate technology into the rowing experience. Share your ideas and we'll help make it happen!
How Do I Apply?
Starting January 1, 2010, Concept2 CTS will provide matching funds of up to $500 for any qualifying program in Vermont that promotes rowing in schools or kids-based organizations.
These are rolling grant applications that are reviewed on a monthly basis. You will receive a response regarding our decision 6–8 weeks after your application has been submitted.
