Curriculum & Lesson Plans

The Concept2 Indoor Rowing School Curriculum is a FREE standards-based curriculum for fitness and fun. Created by Concept2 employee and Physical Education instructor Josh Carlson, the curriculum provides block plans, lesson plans, rubrics, and resources for teaching students in grades 2–12.
